Qaskme publishes community questions and answers, articles and editorial source summaries for public information and discussion. This policy explains how to contribute responsibly, understand AI summaries and report errors or rights concerns. Contact askme@qaskme.com or use our contact page.
Public information and accuracy
Published posts and approved public answers can be read without an account and may be indexed by search engines. Content may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Community contributions express the contributor’s views. Qaskme is not an official government, examination, employer or recruitment portal, and a link to an authority does not imply its endorsement.
Check original notices and official websites before applying, paying a fee, submitting documents or relying on dates, eligibility, salaries or selection information. Health, finance, legal and other specialist discussions are general information rather than a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional about your circumstances. Do not post private records to seek that advice here.
AI-assisted articles and automated source summaries
Some material is AI assisted. The education agent monitors configured public notice listings, detects source changes and can generate original editorial Q&As. Automated editorial summaries are labeled and include issuing-authority links where available. A source link or a successful automated check does not establish that every statement has been independently verified by a person.
The agent is designed to summarise factual information rather than republish complete source articles. It checks generated figures and topics against the captured notice and holds detected long matching passages for review. These checks are limited and do not establish ownership, a licence or legal permission. The agent does not automatically copy source photographs into its new Q&As.
Copyright, images and source material
Only contribute material you own or are authorised to use. Permission, an applicable licence or an applicable legal exception is needed when reusing protected text, photographs, illustrations, videos or documents. Material being publicly accessible, appearing in a government notice, being used for education or being processed with AI does not by itself make every reuse lawful. Giving credit alone is not a substitute for required permission.
Copyright in original contributions remains with the relevant rights holder; publishing a contribution does not transfer ownership to Qaskme. Submit a contribution only if you authorise its hosting and public display as part of the discussion. Rights in third-party photographs, documents, trademarks and other materials remain with their respective owners. A link, preview or publication on Qaskme is not a grant of rights to reuse that material elsewhere.
When sharing a notice or explaining a source, prefer a concise original summary and a link to the source. Keep required credits and licence information. Do not submit full copies of other people’s articles, exam materials or images without an appropriate basis for doing so. Facts and protected expression can have different legal treatment; any exception depends on the actual use and applicable law.
Report a copyright or other rights concern
Email askme@qaskme.com with the subject “Copyright or content concern” and include:
- The exact Qaskme URL and the material you want us to review.
- A description of the work or right concerned, with a source link or other information supporting your claim.
- Your name and a working contact address, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative.
- The correction, credit, restriction or removal you are requesting.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information. We review concerns and may request supporting details, restrict access, correct material or remove it as appropriate. We may contact the contributor or another affected party when needed to assess the concern. Reporting does not automatically decide a disputed claim, and this process does not restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Corrections and responsible contributions
For a factual correction, send the exact URL, identify the statement and provide a reliable primary source, such as an official notice. We may correct, label, moderate or remove content after review. Do not submit spam, impersonation, deceptive reviews or votes, harassment, unlawful material, confidential information or personal data about someone else without an appropriate basis.
Accounts and contributions are subject to verification, moderation and abuse controls. Published comments on ordinary blog posts are disabled; use an available question-and-answer discussion to contribute. The Privacy Policy describes account information, public contributions, service providers and privacy requests.
