Technical programmes, scheme finance, fisheries monitoring and sanitation projects can offer very different appointments. How do you compare the conditions and present relevant experience without sending a generic application?
Name the post and the specific rule you want to discuss. Link the issuing authority’s notice, and keep private documents and confidential project information out of replies.

Start with the exact post and current terms of reference. Confirm whether it is a PMU appointment, a scheme-support consultancy, a regular post or deputation. BIRAC’s Ind-CEPI Senior Technical Manager is explicitly a PMU role; that label should not automatically be applied to every NHSRC, NFDB or SPM-NIWAS consultancy.
Make a short checklist of each essential qualification, the required kind of experience, the date used to count it and the document that supports your claim. Explain your actual contribution to relevant work. A technical programme role, scheme-finance position, monitoring appointment and community-engagement consultancy can require different evidence.
Follow the advertised route. BIRAC supplies its Apply link, NHSRC uses a prescribed online form, and NFDB’s cited notice uses a walk-in with its own detailed notification. Read SPM-NIWAS’s circular for its method. Never assume a form, location or document rule carries over from another organisation.
Compare the term, fee, reporting requirements, deliverables and extension conditions wherever published. A consultancy is not a guarantee of permanent employment. In the discussion, name the post and ask about a specific condition, linking its official notice without uploading private certificates or project documents.
