Which qualification should you check?
- System Engineer: the listed engineering/IT/computer-science postgraduate route needs five years’ relevant experience; other listed degree routes require seven or eight years. The minimum marks requirement is 55% or equivalent. Standard age limit: 50.
- Maintenance Engineer (Junior): the specified BE/BTech with at least 55% and five years’ relevant network/hardware experience. Standard age limit: 40.
- Computer Operator: B.Sc. Computer Science, BCA, or B.Sc. with PGDCA under the advertised 55% condition.
- AC Operator: the specified ITI and two years’ qualifying AC-plant experience; read the equipment/capacity condition.
- Laboratory Attendant: Intermediate with science and a recognised computer-hardware certificate course of at least six months.
- Workshop Attendant: High School, a listed ITI trade and one year’s qualifying trade experience. The notice also defines acceptable employers.
The four Group C roles have a standard age limit of 32. Applicable relaxations and the eligibility cutoff are in the full notice; eligibility is assessed at the online deadline.
Fees and the two-step application
UR/EWS/OBC candidates pay ₹1,000 for Group A and ₹500 for Group C. SC/ST/PwBD candidates and women are exempt under this advertisement.

BHU specifies JPEG photograph and signature files no larger than 50 KB each. In-service candidates must follow the proper-channel/NOC requirement. Written and skill tests are described, but their syllabus is to be notified later; no test date is confirmed here.
