The Urban Development Directorate of Uttarakhand is hiring three specialists for the state Project Management Unit under Swachh Bharat Mission–Urban 2.0. Vacancies and role requirements
- Solid Waste Management Expert, one post. The terms list civil or environmental engineering, with separate graduate and postgraduate experience requirements. The work covers streams such as solid waste, plastics, construction and demolition waste, and e-waste.
- Wastewater (Sewerage/Septage) Expert, one post. The terms list civil engineering, wastewater or water-recycling work, and a postgraduate route with the specified specialization and experience.
- Procurement Specialist, one post. The terms list an engineering degree, ten years in public procurement and FIDIC contract formulation.
The terms of reference list ₹80,000 per month for each role. They say actual remuneration depends on qualifications and relevant experience. The appointments are temporary and contractual. Any extension depends on project requirements and performance.
